Shipping policy

1. Delivery of eGift Vouchers

Project Break exclusively issues eGift vouchers via email.

  • Vouchers are delivered to the recipient’s email address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery is typically instant, but please allow up to 1 hour for processing.

  • If you do not receive your voucher, check your spam or junk folder first.

2. No Physical Shipping

We do not send physical vouchers by mail. All vouchers are digital and sent electronically.

3. Issues with Delivery

If you’ve entered an incorrect email or experience delivery issues:

  • Contact us at bookings@projectbreak.com.au with your order number and recipient details.

  • We will gladly reissue the voucher to the correct email address.
