Refund policy
1. Booking Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours are generally non-refundable. However, we may allow rescheduling where possible.
2. No-Shows
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated.
4. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. Consumer Guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, you are entitled to a remedy.
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged physical item (such as merchandise or product add-ons), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bookings@projectbreak.com.au. We will offer a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
